In very limited circumstances, we may consider a return or refund if one of the following conditions applies:

• Significant Discrepancy: If the artwork you receive is materially different from the description or images provided on the Website. Minor variations in color due to monitor settings are not considered a significant discrepancy.

• Damage During Shipping: If the artwork arrives damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier. In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the artwork and the packaging. Please retain all original packaging materials as they may be required for a claim with the shipping carrier.

If you believe your situation meets one of the limited conditions for potential return consideration, you must follow these steps:

1. Contact Us Promptly: Notify us via email at Krystalanierart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the artwork, clearly stating the reason for your concern and providing supporting details and photographic evidence (if applicable).

2. Provide Order Information: Include your full name, order number, and the name of the artwork in your communication.

3. Our Review: We will review your request and may ask for further information. Our decision regarding a potential return or refund will be made at our sole discretion.

4. Return Instructions (if approved): If we approve a return, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to safely package and return the artwork. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

5. Refund (if approved): If the returned artwork is received in its original condition, a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) may be issued via the original payment method.

Important Notes:

• We do not offer exchanges. If a return is approved and you wish to purchase a different piece, you will need to place a new order.

• We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the artwork has been successfully delivered to you.
